We first started selling property in Orlando Florida, back in 1999, and we have branched out into the other countries as our large customer base has requested that we provided the same level of expertise in these countries.
As ever our services are free of charge to prospective buyers, as we are always paid directly from the developers / builders. The only time that we have to charge is when we find areas that we consider to be a fantastic opportunity to invest and the commissions are so low that we could not realistically provide a service, examples being Estonia and some areas of Egypt, We have a no nonsense policy, you will always be told about any charges up front. We work in partnership with real estate agents, financial advisors and property management experts who we believe will provide the best service to our clients.
